I found this place from a google search as I was looking for a smaller industrial warehouse space to house a large project of mine on short notice. My needs were not enough to justify a multi year lease on a 10,000 sf warehouse. But I required far more than any storage company could offer. And warehouse sharing models were out of the question. I called and spoke to John who listened (very rare talent these days) and said, “I don’t have what you need but I really want to help,” he said, “ solving complex storage problems is kind of what we do here”. Long story short John went way, way outside the box and found me a solution that far exceeded my expectations. I didn’t have to keep calling and asking. John took the time to understand my situation, anticipate my needs, and brought real solutions to me at a time when I really needed the help. It couldn’t have been easier for me because he put together a plan that took three contracted yards and turned it into a 2500 sq ft 25foot tall structure, also addressed a bunch of smaller challenges that went along with it. This solution wasn’t cheap but I didn’t have to pay for any up front cost of the enhancements. John saw a way to further differentiate his business. He found a solution for me that would also work for him longer term and because of that he made the upfront investment and leased it back to me at a very reasonable rate. Perfect! It gets better guess how long it took to complete the build out? Just over a week! He moved so fast, he bought the materials ordered custom containers with side roll up doors. hired the contractor and they built it over 3days. It was complete before I needed to move things in. Truely a second to none experience for me! Thank you to the team at guardian yards! I cannot thank you enough for everything you’ve done to help me out.
